1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mom List ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mom List is a family task management application that allows users to create, assign, and track tasks among family members. The Service includes web-based access and email notifications.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must create a family account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your PIN. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Mom List offers a free trial period followed by a paid annual subscription. Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
  • Upload malicious content or files
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service (tasks, comments, photos). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content to authorized members of your family account. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
